AM working on the novel. \u00a0Revision. \u00a0Not back into the swing of it quite yet. \u00a0Got tired, \"\"<\/a>sleepy. \u00a0Had to get outside and take a walk. \u00a0Signs of lack of focus. (and, yes, melancholy, too)<\/p>\n

That will pass. \u00a0My groove will come, sliding into place and I’ll get back to regular long sessions. \u00a0Have to since I also have that second novel, Loki’s Children, to write. \u00a0There is, too, that new project, The Protectors. \u00a0Tempting to set aside the revision, the second novel and work on that one.<\/p>\n

But I’m trying to step up here, close the deal. \u00a0Going on to a new work before finishing an old one has much allure. \u00a0The new. \u00a0The unknown. \u00a0No risk since I won’t have to sell Missing. \u00a0All roads I’ve traveled before, ancient dead-end trails I’m not gonna take this time.<\/p>\n
