Jack Miller of <span style=\"cursor: hand; border-bottom: #0066cc 1px dashed\" id=\"lw_1198777578_2\" class=\"yshortcuts\">Central Connecticut State University<\/span> chose six key indicators to rank <a href=\"http:\/\/us.rd.yahoo.com\/dailynews\/livescience\/sc_livescience\/storytext\/mostliterateuscitiesminneapolisandseattle\/25692743\/SIG=124s2nvik\/*http:\/\/www.livescience.com\/strangenews\/060718_illiterate_boys.html\"><span style=\"background: none transparent scroll repeat 0% 0%\" id=\"lw_1198777578_3\" class=\"yshortcuts\"><font color=\"#003399\">literacy<\/font><\/span><\/a>.
