Sunday is a slow day. \u00a0When Kate and I went to Osaka on this Super Bowl Sunday every one of the booths had women occupying them. \u00a0I was the only y chromosome among the customers.<\/p>\n
In the last year I’ve given up football, cable tv and carbs. \u00a0I say given up, but really what I’ve done is turned my face away from them. \u00a0I don’t feel a sense of denial in any of the three. \u00a0Strange, they all occupied such a substantial part of my pre-65 life. \u00a0And now they don’t.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
