Just brought in more bags of feed for the animals. \u00a040 pounds at a time. \u00a0Then salt for the water softener, 50 pounds a bag. \u00a0But. \u00a0They have nice plastic handles. \u00a0Working in the salt mines doesn’t mean what it used to.<\/p>\n
Discovered that my glucometer needed calibration. \u00a0Once calibrated it told me a story I was glad to hear. \u00a0At least by today’s reading my low carb diet has lowered my blood glucose level. \u00a0And, I’ve lost a bit of weight, too. \u00a0All in all a good thing. \u00a0Though Kate, a carb lover of some note, has expressed some dissatisfaction. \u00a0No pasta, no breads, no cakes or pies. \u00a0We’re figuring out now how to add carbs back into her diet without creating a cook two meals at a time situation. \u00a0We’ll figure it out.<\/p>\n
Right now I’m getting on the treadmill. \u00a0Which, for that matter, doesn’t mean what it used to either.<\/p>\n
