My left shoulder has been giving me fits for weeks now, so much so that I’ve stopped my upper body resistance workouts to give it a rest. \u00a0I can’t lift anything at all heavy with my left hand because of it. \u00a0I’ll rest it until after my DC trip, two weeks from now, and if its still a problem, I’m headed to the doc.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
