Here’s a graphic and comment I received from Dean DeHarpporte, a consulting meteorologist here in the Twin Cities: “Paul, I cant resist sharing with you this GFS 850mb prog for next Tuesday Dec. 10, at 12Z. I cant remember ever seeing a white color on this map, which is the coldest color classification available (- 30C).
