Shifting my workout to the AM.\u00a0 The whole routine has gotten stale and needs shaking up.\u00a0 Maybe when it gets a bit warmer I’ll take the aerobics outside.\u00a0 I used to workokout outside all the time, even in the coldest part of winter, then on snowshoes.\u00a0 Now I’m on the treadmill.<\/p>\n
