{"id":270,"date":"2008-01-27T11:03:11","date_gmt":"2008-01-27T17:03:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ancientrails.com\/?p=270"},"modified":"2008-01-27T11:03:11","modified_gmt":"2008-01-27T17:03:11","slug":"a-sixty-degree-temperature-swing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ancientrails.com\/?p=270","title":{"rendered":"A Sixty Degree Temperature Swing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>24\u00a0 87%\u00a0 21%\u00a0 0mph\u00a0 SSW\u00a0 bar29.96\u00a0 steady\u00a0 Winter<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Waning Gibbous Winter Moon<\/p>\n<p>As the winter moon wanes, a warm up heads our way.\u00a0 Tomorrow the temperature will hit 40.\u00a0 That&#8217;s a sixty degree swing within the week.\u00a0 Not unusual for Minnesota, but impressive anyhow.\u00a0 I&#8217;ve read that we have the most significant temperature and weather type fluctuations of anywhere on earth, though Siberia is similar.\u00a0 That&#8217;s Siberia.\u00a0 As in the place to which you were exiled as to the lonliest and most inclement place on earth from Moscow.\u00a0 One of the most inclement places on earth.\u00a0 So&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>On this point Paul Douglas, local weather sage, whose long term eye is better than his short term one, has a website up that is worth a visit, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.climatespot.com\/\">www.climatespot.com<\/a>.
