We\u00a0got socked after I came home from Frank’s at around 10.\u00a0 Maybe 4 or 5 inches of wet spring snow.\u00a0 All the leaves, rocks and\u00a0beginning to peak through patches\u00a0of grass are white again.\u00a0 Tourney snow we called it Indiana.<\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

Gotta get out and see if the snowblower can take it.\u00a0 Often, at the beginning of the winter and especially in its last gasps the snow is so heavy and wet that it plugs the chute of the snowblower.\u00a0 Then, I just wait for the grand snow remover in the sky to work his solar wonder.<\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

Allison sent me this note after the docent book group discussion.\u00a0 I think she caught the sense of the meeting.<\/span><\/font>\u00a0<\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

I enjoyed the discussion meeting today. \u00a0I want to thank you for your efforts. \u00a0I think we were chasing something elusive. \u00a0And also feeling each other out-on some pretty big subjects.<\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

Personally, I think Dale phrased his initial question rather awkwardly.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

However, Sharon intrigued me with her question which was “Why doesn’t contemporary religion seem to make better use of art?<\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

So between the two of them we are left with something corresponding to “what came first the chicken or the egg?” \u00a0Did art lose its need for religion or did religion lose its need for art?<\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

I would have liked to have the team fill out your worksheet and plan a tour.<\/span><\/font><\/p>\n

Speaking of your tour ideas, it would be great to get some serious discussions going on a tour. \u00a0You need the right people to show up for that to work. \u00a0<\/span><\/font><\/p>\n
