Rigel and Vega have remained outside in the woods tonight.\u00a0 Kate and I got up with flashlights and went outside to find them.\u00a0 They were back in the southeastern corner worrying something, growling and running around, back and forth, a lot of vigor and intention, little focus.\u00a0 Vega came in for a bit, but she whined to go back outside and help her sister.\u00a0 She’s out there now.<\/p>\n
It’s a cool, rainy night and they’re out there committed to a coon-hound thing; stay with the animal until it’s caught or shot or escapes.\u00a0 They’ll come back in the morning when they want breakfast.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
