Yes. The context, my current life is happy. I’m not flourishing, but I am happy. To move from happiness seems odd, but not if I move toward the real potential life has. I’m a eudaimaniac, a seeker of a flourishing life. Always. And I will happily (hah) barter away happiness for flourishing.<\/p>\n
I believe this means I need to focus on life, its possibilities, not on cancer. Pretty much what I do anyhow, but after a visit about cancer mutations, new and expensive drugs, and metastasized cancer cells. In my body. Throws me off a bit, makes me wobble. Need to restart the gyroscope.<\/p>\n
The key to a flourishing life with cancer is clearance, cutting away what I don’t need. Focus on what’s important. Friends. Family. CBE. Creativity. Stories and narratives written by and\/or experienced by me. A comfortable and beautiful Hermitage. Exercise and healthier eating. Travel. Not done yet. Not at all. One drug in front of the other.
